Tony Correale

(Chaplain)

Tony came to Greenwich Chaplaincy Services as a Clinical Pastoral Education student in the Fall of 2001 and continued serving as a volunteer for three years. Tony began serving as a chaplain in 2005 and has found that his own life is immeasurably enriched through personal contact and relationship with so many residents, family members and staff.

He considers it an incredible privilege to be able to accompany people at various stages of their life journeys through visits, programs, and services. Tony has also served as a Deacon and Elder at First Presbyterian Church in Greenwich. He is currently a chaplain at The Nathaniel Witherell.


ELIZABETH CRADDOCK

(Chaplain)

Elizabeth (Lizzie) came to Greenwich Chaplaincy Services as a chaplain intern in the summer of 2018 and, having completed 4 units of CPE at Norwalk Hospital, was hired to work part-time as chaplain in the Rehabilitation Unit. Since March 2020 Lizzie has worked closely with interdisciplinary colleagues to provide caring support to both short-term rehabilitation patients, and long-term residents, through one on one visits, family visits, and seasonal programming. Lizzie feels privileged to work alongside the team at The Nathaniel Witherell and enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients, residents and their families.

Lizzie grew up in the UK and moved to Greenwich in 1997. She was previously a board member of Greenwich Leadership Forum, and she is a former deacon of Stanwich Congregational Church.


SUE NEUMANN

(Chaplain)

 

Sue came to Greenwich Chaplaincy Services in 2021 after receiving her CPE certification as a Chaplain at Stamford Hospital.  Sue is originally from South Korea and moved to Greenwich in 1998.  Over this time Sue has been active at Stanwich Church where she was a Deacon, Elder and soloist.  She currently serves as a Care Minister.

Sue feels honored to work with both short-term rehabilitation patients and long-term residents where she can bring compassion and caring and build meaningful relationships through one-on-one visits. Sue enjoys working with the team at The Nathaniel Witherell contributing music and song to the worship service and to various spiritual activities.
